All subscription payments, add-on modules, and service charges related to Geni Billing are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed.

2. No Cancellations

All purchases - including Billing modules, GST tools, multi-user access, integrations, and business plans - made through Geni Billing are final.

• We do not accept cancellation requests after successful payment.
• Free trials (if offered) are time-limited and do not entitle users to cancellation or refund once a paid plan is activated.

3. No Refunds

WeGeni does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Early termination of a Billing subscription
• Partial or limited usage of platform features
• Inactivity or non-utilization by the user

Technical issues arising from:

• Poor internet or unstable network conditions
• Use of outdated or unsupported devices or browsers
• Incompatible printers, thermal devices, or scanners
• Third-party failures such as payment gateway downtime (e.g., Razorpay)

We strongly advise that users assess their Billing requirements and ensure system compatibility before subscribing to a Geni Billing plan.

4. Support & Technical Resolution

In the event you experience any of the following:

• Login or account access issues
• Errors in invoice generation or report export
• Payment gateway integration failures (e.g., Razorpay)
• Data sync or tax calculation issues

By making any payment or activating a subscription to Geni Billing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances
• Refunds will not be issued, whether in full or partial
• All successful transactions are final and binding
