CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – Geni Billing

Geni Billing, developed and managed by WeGeni IT Services and Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, is a SaaS-based Point-of-Sale and billing platform for retail and restaurant businesses. All subscription payments, modules, and services purchased through Geni Billing are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.

No Cancellations

All purchases—including PoS modules, user seats, add-ons, integrations, and billing plans—made through Geni Billing are considered final.

We do not accept cancellation requests after payment is successfully completed.

No Refunds

WeGeni does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Service-Related Issues:

Early termination of a PoS subscription
Partial or incomplete usage of features
Inactivity or unintended use by the customer

Technical issues due to:

Poor internet connectivity
Incompatible hardware
Browser/device limitations
Third-party interruptions (e.g., Razorpay, printers)

We recommend users thoroughly evaluate system compatibility and business needs before subscribing to any Geni Billing plan.

Access/login problems
Receipt printing errors
Billing sync issues
API or Razorpay gateway problems
